Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

Ready-made pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition, with the appraisal and packaging, for a refund to the original payment method. Outbound shipping is not refunded, and return shipping is the client's responsibility (insured, signature required).

Made-to-order pieces (produced to your selected size and options) may be exchanged or resized within 14 days but are not refundable. Engraved or otherwise personalized pieces are final sale.

Resizing

One complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery on rings we make (up to one size up or down where the design allows; eternity-style and some bezel designs cannot be resized). Shipping to us is the client's responsibility; return shipping is on us.

Warranty

Lifetime workmanship warranty on pieces we make: manufacturing defects are repaired at no charge, and loose side diamonds under 0.10 ct that fall out are replaced at no charge. Damage from wear, accidents, or work by another jeweler is not covered but can be repaired for a quoted fee. Complimentary annual cleaning and prong check in our Paramus showroom.
